Instructions

- Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
- Spoon batter into cupcake liners, filling them two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting and decorating.
