Description

Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers are a flavorful fusion of spicy, creamy chicken nestled in vibrant bell peppers. Perfect for game nights or family dinners, this dish will impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Stuff each pepper with the chicken mixture until slightly overflowing.
  5. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
