  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges.
