Description

Chicken and asparagus pasta is a creamy, comforting dish that combines tender chicken and crisp asparagus in a rich sauce, ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh asparagus
  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Heavy cream
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and trim asparagus, cutting stalks into thirds.
  2. Boil salted water and cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté seasoned chicken until golden brown.
  4. Add asparagus and minced garlic; sauté until asparagus is bright green but still crisp.
  5. Lower heat, stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until combined.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and serve hot.
