  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Slice the zucchinis into half-moons and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken sausages and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and zucchini slices; sauté until zucchini softens (3-4 minutes).
  4. Add halved cherry tomatoes and Italian seasoning; cook until tomatoes soften but retain shape (4-5 minutes).
  5. Meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  6. Combine drained pasta with the sausage mixture in the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed to coat evenly (2-3 minutes). Serve hot.
