Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Gently fold in cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
  5. Using a piping bag or spoon, dollop meringue onto prepared sheets, shaping into nests with indentations.
  6. Bake for 1 hour until dry but soft inside; leave in oven to cool completely.
