Description

Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Muffins are a warm and fluffy treat that perfectly combines the classic flavors of French toast in a delightful muffin form. Ideal for brunch or as a sweet snack!


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon sugar topping (1/4 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp ground cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently; be careful not to overmix.
  5. Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar topping.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
