  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan and crimp the edges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  4. Gradually stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust carefully.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until set.
