Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo combines tender steak and fettuccine in a rich, spicy cream sauce, making it the ultimate dish for impressing guests or enjoying a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • Fettuccine Pasta
  • Ribeye Steak
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Heavy Cream
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season ribeye with Cajun seasoning and sear for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir continuously.
  4. Whisk in grated Parmesan until melted. Adjust seasoning with more Cajun spice if desired.
  5. Combine sliced steak and fettuccine with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Plate and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
