Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes if desired; allow it to cool completely.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add peanut butter and combine thoroughly, then gently fold in whipped topping.
  5. Pour filling into the cooled crust, spreading evenly. Top with chocolate shavings if using.
