  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
