Description

Sno Ball Brownies are a delicious twist on classic brownies, featuring rich chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and a sprinkle of coconut. Perfect for celebrations or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder and flour along with vanilla extract; stir until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean but slightly moist.
  5. Remove from the oven and evenly sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed.
  6. After removing from the oven, sprinkle shredded coconut over the warm marshmallows. Allow cooling completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
