Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, melt butter and mix in milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth.
  4. Gently fold blueberries into the wet mixture, then combine with the dry ingredients without overmixing.
