Description

Delight your family this Easter with these whimsical, fluffy bunny-shaped pancakes that add a festive touch to breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Chocolate chips or fresh fruit for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  3. Preheat a non-stick griddle over medium heat, lightly greasing it with cooking spray or melted butter.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each bunny head and smaller dabs for ears. Cook until bubbles form on top.
  5. Flip pancakes once golden brown and cook until both sides are fluffy and golden.
  6. Decorate with whipped cream, berries for eyes, or drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
