Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 oz Jello mix (any fruity flavor)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and water until smooth. Pour batter into the dish.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; let cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Poke holes in the cooled cake using a fork, about an inch apart.
  5. Prepare Jello according to package instructions using half the recommended water. Pour over poked holes.
  6. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Spread whipped topping over the chilled cake and add sprinkles before serving.
