Instructions

- In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until golden brown to create caramel.
- Blend the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the cooled caramel in a baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in a larger dish filled with hot water halfway up the sides.
