  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop chicken into small cubes and mince the garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chicken until browned. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Alfredo sauce and spinach until well combined and heated through.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4×4-inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square. Fold over to seal edges firmly.
