- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried thyme)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice onions thinly and mince garlic.
