  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Deglaze the pan with ½ cup chicken broth.
  3. Lower the heat, stir in heavy cream, and simmer gently until slightly thickened (around 5 minutes).
  4. Mix in freshly grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water. Toss cooked pasta into the creamy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
