Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Deglaze the pan with ½ cup chicken broth.
- Lower the heat, stir in heavy cream, and simmer gently until slightly thickened (around 5 minutes).

- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water. Toss cooked pasta into the creamy sauce.
