Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are mouthwatering savory bites that combine juicy beef, aromatic garlic, and gooey cheese, all encased in flaky pastry. A crowd-pleaser for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) Pillsbury biscuit dough
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic and sauté for about two minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until well combined.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece in your hand. Place about one tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center and fold the dough over it.
  5. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and arrange the bombs seam-side down with space between each.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
