- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (16 oz) Pillsbury biscuit dough
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add minced garlic and sauté for about two minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece in your hand. Place about one tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center and fold the dough over it.
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and arrange the bombs seam-side down with space between each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
