Your taste buds will be dancing the Zorba while your family begs for the recipe (and yes, you can tell them it’s a secret!). Ingredients

  • Ground Chicken
  • Feta Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Eggs
  • Lemon Zest

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean surface. Finely chop garlic and zest the lemon.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, crumbled feta, chopped oregano, eggs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
  3. With wet hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in batches without overcrowding.
  5. Cook each side for about 5 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve hot with tzatziki sauce or fresh pita bread.
