  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tbsp dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Separate each biscuit and flatten slightly in your palm. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
  4. Pinch the edges of the biscuit around the filling to seal tightly and roll into a ball shape.
  5. Place the sealed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
