  • 1 pound small Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the small potatoes. Cut them in halves or quarters for even cooking.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic and brown sugar until fragrant and caramelized.
  3. Add the low-sodium soy sauce and enough water to cover the potatoes halfway. Stir to combine.
