Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
- 2. Sauté the broccoli: In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add broccoli florets and sauté until bright green and tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
- 3. Add garlic and shrimp: Stir in minced garlic, then add shrimp. Cook until pink and opaque (3-4 minutes).
- 4. Mix in flavorings: Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the skillet; add zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
