- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives)
- Nonstick cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares approximately 3 inches wide.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square, add shredded cheese and desired toppings, then seal by gathering the corners and pinching tightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
