  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Fresh ginger (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour and whisked eggs.
  3. Dip each chicken piece in flour, then egg for even coating.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; fry the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. In another pan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes; stir until thickened (3-5 minutes).
