Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station with flour and whisked eggs.
- Dip each chicken piece in flour, then egg for even coating.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; fry the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- In another pan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes; stir until thickened (3-5 minutes).
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
