Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Prep all ingredients: wash and chop asparagus and mushrooms; mince garlic.
  2. 2. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add asparagus and mushrooms. Cook until tender (about 3 minutes).
  4. 4. Introduce shrimp to the pan and cook until pink (2-3 minutes).
  5. 5. Drizzle in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well for an additional minute.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
