Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar

  • 1 cup Karo syrup (light corn syrup)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust into a pie pan and crimp the edges.
  3. In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter; mix in granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and Karo syrup; whisk until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the toasted pecans.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown.
